FREE DELIVERY OFFER:
For special items listed with Free delivery to any UK mainland address there is no delivery fee and if charged at checkout will be refunded. The regular fee applies for customers purchasing outside of UK mainland or any item stated as pallet or Private delivery. Please contact us if you need any help with delivery charges or require international delivery.
DELIVERY & PRICING:
Listed items usually show weight and size in description to help with your delivery Note: weight shown will be the guide for postage and may not be the actual weight of the item. We may combine items to a larger parcel if multiple items are ordered to reduce cost, packaging and speed up delivery. If applied some customers may recieve an extra refund discount on delivery if more than one item is purchased.
We can deliver your item across the UK Mainland using any of the services below. Customers outside this delivery area may be contacted before shipping if additional surcharge fees are required see below.
Collection: An agreed arranged collection can be done with buyers and you should keep to arrangements as much as possible to avoid confusion and delay.
Local deliveries: For larger items customers will be advised via email or sms message with option to re-book another date if not suitable. This service is only available for Cheltenham.
Delivery times for standard courier delivery 2-5 working days others will vary but tracking information will be provided via email .
Please follow your tracking info as all customers should be available for the scheduled delivery however if this is not suitable then customers must contact the courier company directly to make alternative arrangements or offer a safe place to leave your parcel. Parcels which have failed delivery attempts will require additional fees if re-booked.
Note: To maintain low delivery prices some items may be sent using recycled packaging, this not only saves you money but realy does help the enviroment and the planet.
EUROPE & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We can ship any item to most destinations but all items are sent at buyers risk as sadly many couriers will not accept liability.
Insurance for the full value can be purchased extra if requested but any damaged or lost parcels we will make a claim on your behalf but if the courier rejects the claim we are unable to offer a refund or any compensation.

PALLET DELIVERY / PRIVATE COURIER / EUROPE & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES : As prices will vary due to location and delivery day. We will invoice you for a additional payment after your purchase then your item will be dispatched when paid.
PALLETS: Price varies due to location & Delivery day. When purchasing multiple larger items for delivery we will add the combined weight and size and update your order to a pallet if needed. Pallet deliveries are kerbside or driveway drop off only. Pallet or Private courier services customers will be invoiced after your order when the courier has been arranged all invoices sent via email will need to be settled before shipping.

RETURNS:
Courier damaged: delivered items damaged in transit, we will cover return postage if required but excludes Europe & International deliveries.
Distance selling: We will accept returns within 7 days but buyers will need to arrange the return to store at your own expense in original packaging and purchased condition. Refunds will be issued on receipt of item. Note postage fees are not refundable.
INSURANCE & CLAIMS
Standard insurance for all items up to the value of £20 is included with your delivery fee and Extra Insurance for the full value can be purchased if requested but as with any damaged or lost parcels we will make a claim on your behalf customers will need to provide photo evidence to support a damaged claim. If the courier rejects the claim we are unable to offer a refund or any compensation.
